Welcome to planDisney Laura!
It is such a great time to be planning a
Disney Cruise. All 4 ships are out at sea, and the beautiful Disney Wish is on its way. I cannot wait to board the Wish to see all it has to offer! I'm so excited to be cruising and enjoying buffets, the
Sailing Away Deck Party, and lounging at Castaway Cay.
Regarding necessary documents to receive a
Florida Resident rate, this is what the website states:
"To take advantage of Florida residency cruise rates, at least one adult in each stateroom must provide proof of qualifying residency within 48 hours of booking. Failure to submit qualifying identification will result in a cancellation, with applicable cancellation fees.
Proper form of verification must be sent via email to offerverification@disneycruise.com.
Proof of residency must be valid at the time of sailing, and includes the following:
Florida Driver's License
Florida Identification Card
Florida utility bill with Guest's name and address
Renter's lease agreement
Note: a property deed is not considered acceptable proof of residency"
**If you need further clarification, contact a friendly Disney Cruise Line agent at 407-951-3532.
If your itinerary includes a day at
Castaway Cay, be adventurous and explore the island. My family enjoys
renting bikes. It is a great way to see so much of the island and get some exercise to work off all that delicious food at Cookie's BBQ! Ooh, I can taste that potato salad right now!
Exciting news...Disney Cruise just released its
Summer 2023 itineraries! There are so many exciting destinations and ports of call. It is never too soon to start thinking of next summer, right?!
Wishing you a magical sailing with Disney Cruise Line!
