    When will our bands arrive? We pre ordered them and we fly out in 2 days and still have not gotten them. We are going down to FL sooner than our stay at Disney and need our bands before we leave.

     It sounds like you've already left home for sunny Florida. If you didn't receive your MagicBands before you left, not to worry! Just call the Reservation Team at (407) 939-1936. A friendly Cast Member there will be happy to assist you! They'll be sure that you have either MagicBands or Key to the World Cards upon your arrival at your Disney Resort hotel. 

     Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app before your arrival at the Walt Disney World Resort. It's magic at your fingertips! The My Disney Experience mobile app has lots of cool features, some that work much like a MagicBand. You can use the app to open your Disney Resort hotel room door and you can use the app to create a Disney MagicMobile Pass for entry into the theme parks. How cool is that?
