How balanced is to have 4 park days, 3 nonpark days, 2 days for the arrival and departure? We want to have a relaxing vacation but also don't want to miss out the fun.

    Hi Yena!

When you visit the Walt Disney World Resort, you definitely don't want to miss out on any of the magic, but you also need some relaxation time to recharge!  I think that having four park days (with at least one park per day) with some relaxation time in between is great.  I would plan to have your first and last full days in the parks so that you can start your first morning off with the fantastic attractions and end your vacation with some beautiful fireworks!  Also, make sure to take advantage of Extra Magic Hours (if you are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort Hotel) and FastPass+ so that you can make the most of your time in the parks!

Personally, I would alternate between park days and relaxation days.  Not only will you be able to appreciate the magic because you will have energy to stay in the parks all day, but your feet will also thank you!  There is still plenty to do during your relaxation days.  You can enjoy the amazing Walt Disney World Resort Hotel pools for a little fun in the sun, play some mini-golf, or even visit Disney Springs for some incredible shopping.  You can even visit some of the other Walt Disney World Resort Hotels and look at all of the amazing theming throughout the resorts.  Be sure to keep an eye out for hidden Mickeys!

One of my absolute favorite things to do on relaxation days is EAT!  You can fill up on all of that scrumptious food and then take a nap in your room or take a leisurely stroll without feeling like you need to go right back to the parks!

Have a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow!
