    how do i see my balance and pay some towards it?

    Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for bringing a question our way! 

    As I’m sure you’re aware, Annual Passport payments are currently paused during the theme park closures and will resume with theme park reopening. However, if you’d like to lower your monthly payment once the theme parks reopen, you do have the option to make additional payments toward your balance. Normally this is done at a Main Entrance ticket booth. With the Disneyland Resort currently closed, payments can now be made over the phone. To make a payment, please call the Annual Passport Monthly Payments Guest Services at 1-800-410-4656 and select Option 1. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time. A Cast Member there will also be able to tell you the balance owed on your Annual Passport! 

    Even though theme parks remain closed, I am happy to inform you that as an Annual Passholder you are eligible for discounts at select Downtown Disney District locations. Enjoy up to a 20% discount on select merchandise at retailers like Marceline's Confectionery and World of Disney. Plus, you'll enjoy discounts at Buena Vista Street locations like Trolley Treats, Off the Page, Kingswell Camera Shop, Elias & Co. and more! A full list of Annual Passholder discounts can be found on the Disneyland Resort website.
