    where can I see my balance due for my upcoming trip and pay my balance due?

    Hey there, hi there, ho there, Beth!

    A warm welcome to planDisney and thanks so much for stopping by with your Walt Disney World Resort vacation planning question. It looks like your enchanting visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth is only a couple of short months away, Beth. Are you getting excited yet!?

    Beth, if you booked your trip as a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package (Disney Resort hotel reservation plus theme park tickets), you'll have paid a $200 deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance will be due 30 days before your scheduled arrival. If you've booked a vacation package, you should be able to make a payment online by following these steps:

    1. On the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab and select "My Plans." You may be prompted to sign in to your Disney account at this time.

    2. Under "Beth's Plans and Tickets," scroll down to the section titled "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets." Here, locate your Disney Resort hotel reservation details.

    3. Select "Make a Payment." Follow the prompts to complete the transaction.

    Alternatively, if you booked your vacation as a room-only Disney Resort hotel reservation, you'll have paid a deposit equal to your first night's stay at the time of booking and will owe the remaining balance at the time of check-in. In this case, you won't see the option to make a payment online.
