Hello, Hailey. Welcome to planDisney! I'm delighted that you sailed our way with your question.
A cruise for next spring sounds practically perfect to me! In fact, I was just looking at booking a cruise in March myself. I'm ready to start counting down till the next time I get to sail with Captain Minnie again. While there are lots of exciting aspects of a cruise to plan for, like which
Port Adventures you might book, or whether or not you will indulge in the
adult-exclusive dining options onboard, one that can't be overlooked is making sure your cruise fare is paid in full before those
advance booking opportunities begin.
While there is currently a
temporary final payment policy in place for Disney Cruise Line, at this time that only extends to cruises through September 30, 2022. If you are looking to set sail in March 2023, your final payment for your cruise will depend on your cruise length and the type of stateroom that you are booking.
If you book a stateroom with restrictions, final payment is due at the time of booking. For sailings between one and five nights in length, the final payment will be due 90 days prior to your sail date for a non-concierge or non-suite room. If you've booked a suite or concierge category stateroom, the final payment will be due 120 days prior to your sail date and the deposit will not be refundable. For cruises six nights or longer, the final payment will be due 120 days prior to arrival for most staterooms, and 150 days prior to arrival for the suites and concierge category staterooms. Final payment policies are subject to change.
For your specific stateroom and sailing, you can see your remaining balance and final payment due date outlined in the reservation confirmation that you receive via email after booking your Disney Cruise. You can also log into your reservation on Disney Cruise Line's website and under
My Reservations, you can view your Cruise Details. The Cruise Details will outline your final day to pay your cruise fare to avoid cancellation as well as the day you may begin booking activities in advance. If you would like to take advantage of the opportunity to book activities in advance, your cruise fare must be paid in full.
Hailey, I hope I've helped clear up your question. For more detailed information, regarding the terms and conditions for travel with the Disney Cruise Line, you can

Happy planning,
