How can I see the balance on my Disney World Experience package?

    Hi Mary,

Welcome to planDisney and thank you for taking the time to visit us with your question.  I am so happy to hear that you already have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation Package, you chose a wonderful time to visit!  There is so much excitement and new experiences for guests with the 50th Anniversary Celebration, I just know you are going to have a wonderful time!

In order to view your balance, login to your My Disney Experience Account on the Walt Disney World Resort website. In the top right hand corner, hover over the My Disney Experience tab and select "My Plans".  From there, make sure you are in "My Itinerary" rather than the "My Tickets" section in "My Plans" and scroll down to find your Resort Confirmation.  All of your information should be there, including the balance owing.  This is also where you will be able to make a payment online when necessary.

I hope this information was useful, Mary.  If you have any other questions, please come back to planDisney again, we are always happy to help.
