Hey there, Brianna!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney--the practically perfect place to ask your question. We're a group of "Super Planners" who, collectively, have done and seen it all at Disney Destinations around the world. With that being said, I am more than happy to give you the lowdown on Disney World balances and payments. Let's get into it!
You can check your Disney Vacation Package balance by logging in to your
My Disney Experience account and look for the "My Plans and Tickets" section. Look for the reservation that you'd like to dive deeper into, and select "Make a Payment." You can then see the balance and
make a payment using your debit or credit (or Disney Gift) card. If you have a room-only reservation, you can see the balance, but you won't complete the full payment until you arrive at the Resort hotel.
For a Disney Vacation Package, you have up to 30 days before your vacation begins to pay it off in full. Another important date to circle on your calendar is the 60-days-prior mark. This is when you are free to make advance dining reservations and Enchanting Extras bookings.
AN EXTRA GEM: I mentioned a Disney Gift Card earlier, and it really is one of the best ways to track your spending while on vacay. First, you can load your cards to the official
Disney Gift Card website and combine the cards' totals (up to $1,000.)
Brianna, I hope that this helps. If you have any additional Disney vacation planning questions, give us a holler
here at planDisney. See you real soon!
Magic always,
LeAndra
