    When going to bahamas with the cruise line do we need to pay for the taxi service?

    Hi JoAnn,

    Welcome to the Moms Panel!  One of the things that I love about Nassau is that you can easily catch a cab to a beach or other visitor site, or simply walk from the wharf to the straw market and shopping district.

    Should you choose to take a taxi, payment will be required.  Prices vary depending on where you are going and how many you are traveling with, but it can range from $3-$20+ not including gratuity.  I strongly suggest that you negotiate and settle on the fare amount before you get in the taxi.

    Keep in mind that if you book one of the excursions available through Disney Cruise Line, the rate will include your transportation.
