We are going on the 3g Bahamas cruise this December. It will be our 1st cruise ever!!!! We are 5 adults and a 20 month old. Is there a pool on the ship to take my baby girl? Are there any other activities for babies/ little toddlers? Thank You!!

    Welcome aboard, Anamaria!

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question about activities for your little cruiser. Your whole family will have a splashtacular time on this Very Merrytime Cruise. The whole ship will be beautifully decorated for the holidays, and it will be a perfect time to celebrate your very first voyage with Captain Mickey. What an exciting time indeed!

Playing in the water may eat up most of your time, as your 20-month old is guaranteed to enjoy the fun water features at Nemo's Reef.  It is such a colorful play area with the cute characters.  I hope you have a waterproof camera - since I'm sure your little one will have lots of cute photo moments there, surrounded by the colorful decor. My little niece who was about that age sailed with us last year, and she stayed there for several hours. This is the only designated water play area for kids who have swim diapers on. Unfortunately, kids are only allowed to swim in the pools if they are toilet trained.

After resting from all the water fun, you should definitely check out the Personal Navigator for the meet & greet schedules with your little one's favorite characters. Characters vary on each voyage, you'll even find some characters just walking around the ship. During the day, check out the different family activities at Evolution. Kids always have fun singing & dancing to their favorite Disney tunes under all those lights. If you are thinking of date night, I suggest reserving some time at the It's a Small World Nursery -- loads of fun for babies!

    Happy planning, Anamaria!
