How many bags can each person carry on board?

    Ahoy, Ronald!

Thanks so much for cruising by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

When it comes to packing for a Disney Cruise Line vacation, I'm notorious for being an overpacker. Now that I have several cruises under my belt, I know to pack everything I think we need, then take out about half of it! The good news is, that leaves plenty of room for some awesome souvenirs from our magical voyage.

Guests of Disney Cruise Line are allowed to bring two pieces of checked luggage onboard, as well as a carry-on bag and one personal item. A few weeks prior to your sail date, you'll receive a Travel Booklet in the mail with Disney Cruise Line luggage tags included. The luggage tags will have each guest's name, ship name, stateroom number, sail date, and reservation number. You'll also receive information about when to place the luggage tags on your checked bags.

The staterooms provide plenty of room for luggage storage - even my largest suitcase fits easily under the bed! We typically take a little time on our first afternoon onboard to unpack and store our luggage out of the way.

I hope this helps with your packing and planning. Have a magical day! - Diane W.
