I have a bad ankle (lots of hardware!) which inihibits my ability to stand for long periods of time. I am OK if I can sit and rest often but am worried about lines. How do I get a GAC - do I need a Dr note? Can I prearrange? 1 GAC for all 5 days/parks?

    Hi Greg!

Guest Assistance Cards (GACs) are available at Guest Services at any of the theme parks.  You'll need to go in and speak with a Cast Member about getting a GAC.  If you'll explain your needs, they'll get you the GAC that's right for you!

I have a note for my son that I carry with me stating accommodations that he will need for our vacation, and I carry it with me always, but I have NEVER been asked to produce it.  I have it with me 'just in case.'

Your GAC will be good for all parks, and all days of your visit, for you and up to 5 other guests in your party.

    Have a magical vacation!
