We have the Backstage Magic Tour at 9 AM and the Spirit of Aloha show at 5:15pm on the same day. How long is the Backstage Magic Tour? How much time do we need to get from Animal Kingdom ( where the tour ends I believe) to the Polynesian Resort?

    Hi Michael!

The Backstage Magic tour is typically about 7 hours long, but sometimes runs a little longer.  You should be fine, however.  The last part of your tour is inside Disney's Animal Kingdom; if you have to, you can always leave the tour a little early.

From Disney's Animal Kingdom, the easiest way to get to the Polynesian is to just take the bus that runs from the theme park to the Polynesian (it might share a bus with the Contemporary or Grand Floridian on the day you visit).  You don't want to be late for the luau show, so I would recommend being outside Disney's Animal Kingdom and at the bus stop by 4:00 pm.  If you are willing to take a taxi, then you could wait until 4:30!

I hope this helps.  The Backstage Magic tour is FABULOUS.  Have a great Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
