The Backstage Magic tour part is over. Do I have to go back to epcot with the rest of the tour? or Can I go my separate way? Be it stay at MK, hit the monorail to a resort for dinner, head to DHS, etc?

    Hi Eric!

I LOVE taking the tours at Disney and Backstage Magic is my favorite! I've been on this tour more than once and its been fun to see the changes they've made to it over the years.

The Backstage Magic Tour begins just outside the Main Entrance of Epcot at the Epcot Guided Tours Meeting Location.  You will travel by bus as a group during this seven hour incredible experience. You will need to stay with the group and return to Epcot.  At the conclusion of the tour, we got off the bus near the Monorail Station.

Even on the return trip to Epcot, your Guide will continue to share information and secrets. I could have listened for another seven hours.  Trust me, you will want to do that because the magic lasts until the very last minute of this tour.  As you are departing, you'll be given a unique gift that only Guests that have taken the Backstage Magic Tour receive.

Once you've returned to Epcot, you'll still have plenty of time to continue your adventures for the day.  It will be very convenient for you to climb aboard the Monorail to go to Magic Kingdom or a Resort in that area for dinner or head to wherever you'd like to spend the evening.

Please feel free to visit us with all of your planning questions.  We're hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
