    Just got back from 6 wonderful days @ Disney & beginning to plan next yr's trip! Stayed @ AKL Jambo & found rooms very tiny esp considering deluxe price. Are there any options @ other resorts for larger room sizes at same or less price? Love this

    Hi Laura!  I have found that some of the biggest rooms on property can be found in the Contemporary main building.  I love it there and you get the great location on the monorail, great views, as well as the large rooms.  You can click HERE to see some of the comparisons to the square footage in each resort.  Obviously the deluxe will have the larger rooms but you will also see you were correct in that the Animal Kingdom rooms are much smaller then other deluxe resorts.

    Another option for larger rooms and total area is to book yourself one of the villas.  This is a wonderful way to have a feel of home versus hotel room during your stay. They will include a living area and a kitchen and most have more then one bath which is a great perk.
