The back wheels on my r series droid stopped working what do I do?

    Bright Suns Jenna,

Welcome to planDisney! How incredible that you were able to visit the Droid Depot in Batuu and assemble an R-series Droid. I’m a little biased, but R-series Droids are my absolute favorite! I’m so sorry to hear that your R-series droid is not operating as desired. Let’s see if I can’t help you get your Droid back to working effortlessly.

To see if you can get your Droid replacement part, I recommend sending a dispatch to a Cast Member at Mail Order Merchandise. You can reach out to these incredible individuals by phone at 1-877-560-6477 or email at merchandise.guest.services@disneyparks.com. If you choose to reach out by phone, they are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday. Make sure to gather as much information as you can about your Droid, including the date of assembly, receipt details if you still have it and a description of the problem. The more information they have, the better they will be able to assist you.

I hope they can help you fix your Droid quickly so it can return to full service. If there is anything else you need, please come back and see us

    Til the Spires,

Hey Y'all! I’m Ashley and I live in Texas. My family and I love trying out the yummy snacks (DOLE Whip anyone!) and taking full advantage of our resort days. When we are not piloting the Millennium Falcon, exploring Kilimanjaro Safaris, or watching fireworks, you can find me planning our next adventure to Walt Disney World! I am so excited that you are planning a trip, and I look forward to helping you dig a little deeper and find the magic in all of the wonders of Walt Disney World Resort. Learn More About Ashley
