Just got back from WDW and my son who has a number of medical issues had his DAS card linked to his magicband. When we return next July, will his details still be linked to his magic band, or will we have to go through his medical history @ guest services?

    Hello, Julia!

I hope you and your family had a magical visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Once Disability Access Service (DAS) is assigned an electronic note is made to record the recipient and date issued. When you return next July, stop by any theme park Guest Relations Lobby to request DAS again. Simply let the Cast Member know that it was previously assigned, and they should be able to scan your son's MagicBand to retrieve the electronic note. You may need to provide some updated information such as your length of stay or those in your traveling party so that all the information is current and accurate. Of course, this process is subject to change before your July 2016 visit as they continue to work out the kinks with the electronic DAS system. If you have further questions, please let us know!
