    We are going back to WDW in Nov 2013.If I make my reservations now with Disney.com and they release the fall free Dining Plan pkg. again this year for my dates,will I be able to take advantage of the offer or would it be better just to wait before booking?

    This is a great question, as many Guests wonder if it's worth it to wait it out to see if there will be a discount on travel during their stay, but offered at a later time. Bottom line? Book now! :-)

    I've spoken with Cast Members at Walt Disney World on several occasions about this topic, and they all have the same response. Guests may cancel existing reservations, getting a full refund, as long as the cancellation takes place at least 6 days prior to check-in. This means that Guests can book a trip with full confidence that they can try to take advantage of certain special deals later, as they become available, with no penalties. As such, you can simply book the trip of your choice as soon as you are ready to do so. If an offer becomes available at a later time, (and it's at least 6 days prior to your check-in) simply book the new trip and cancel the original one; Guests who've met the 6 day requirement will be fully refunded any deposits they've made, and can then use those funds for the new reservation for a trip to WDW. Win-win!

    I like to be sure that we have a place to stay, during the dates of our availability, so this type of flexibility works really well for my family. Hope this works for yours, too, Ginny!
