Just got back from WDW in April, best vacation ever! Just booked for this Dec 10-17 to celebrate daddy's 30th bday! We have 2 girls who will be 22m & 4y, & great gmom. I'm worried about the weather in Dec, suggestions? Packing? Blankets? Winter coa

    Hi Heather,

I am so happy that you had a fantastic trip in April to Walt Disney World.  You will just love going back over the Holiday time.  Everything is so festive and beautifully decorated throughout the parks and resorts.  Celebrating a birthday at Disney is amazing!  Make sure when you make your Advanced Dining Reservations that you mention you are celebrating his birthday!  The weather in December is usually very nice with highs in the low 70s to lows in the 50s.  I would pack warm for the family.  I always use a jacket once the sun goes down.  You will have a stroller so you can store extra clothes.  I like to layer clothing but would bring light gloves and a hat just in case it gets colder.  A blanket is always a good idea as well for the girls.  I would stick with pants and bring a couple of capri's or skirts just in case it gets unseasonably warm, short and long sleeve shirts, fuzzy jacket and windbreaker, socks, hat, and gloves.  I wouldn't bring a winter coat (although you will have one since you are coming from Pennsylvania in December) unless the temperature dips into the 30-40s.  When the kids are little, it isn't as big of a deal to pack some extra warm clothes.  I know your December vacation will be just magical!  Let me know if I can help you plan your vacation any further.
