Oh, Gawrsh! While I am so happy to read you took advantage of
Disney PhotoPass services with the purchase of
Memory Maker, I am sorry you are having issues retrieving those magical memories. Let's do some troubleshooting! First, I want you to check your
My Disney Experience account to verify you have linked all
MagicBands and ticket cards you used during your vacation at any Disney PhotoPass location.
I like to do this via the
My Disney Experience Mobile App by clicking on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner and choosing "My Profile." Next select "MagicBands & Cards" followed by "Your MagicBands & Cards." Make sure you see any MagicBands or Cards used last week. If you do not see those, click on "Link a MagicBand or Card" and follow the prompts. Hopefully, this will solve your issue.
After all of this, if my Magic wand has not fixed this issue, here are your next steps. You may call the Disney PhotoPass Guest Support team at (407) 560-4300 to speak to a friendly Cast Member. I will caution wait times have been rather lengthy, so I recommend calling early or late in the day. Alternatively, you can
report a missing photo online.
