    We just came back from two weeks at Walt Disney World Staying at Animal Kingdom Kidani Village. It was excellent All of the cast membere were nice and friendly but a couple went above and beond Where or who do I contact or send e-mail to to reconize them

    Hi Michael! We too just came back from a stay at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge -Kidani Village and I agree. The service  was excellent.

    Cast Members making the effort to provide special, exceptional service is what the Disney difference is all about. These wonderful touches help make our vacations at Walt Disney World extraordinary. Taking the time to recognize a Cast Member is a wonderful, thoughtful idea. Disney does pay attention to what guests say.

    While still at WDW you may pick up a card to complete complementing a Cast Member at Guest Services in the parks or at Concierge Services at your resort. Once home you may send an email to guest communications at wdw.guest.communications@disneyworld.com. If you prefer to write a letter send one to:
