We just got back from our 1st trip to WDW and are already starting to plan our next visit. This past trip we didn't stay at a Disney resort but plan to next time. What are your reccomendations for the least expensive resort, dining option and time of year?

Hi Shannon - You've been bit by the Disney bug!  Once you come back from your trip, you just have to start planning for your next one!  All of us here can relate.

My favorite of the value resorts is Pop Century.  It has its own dedicated bus, and is so much fun.  I'm assuming you have children - if so, you'll find that this resort is extremely kid-friendly.

If you have flexibility in when you visit, September is usually a great time.  The crowds start to thin when the kids go back to school, and there are often deals offered.

For dining, I generally recommend the standard dining plan, which offers one snack, one table service meal, and one quick service meal per day.

I hope that helps!  Have a great vacation!
