Just got back and suffering from the Post Disney Trip Blues. Help what can I do to tide us over until the next trip?

    Hi Jared!

We're here to help! Who among us has not suffered the Post Disney Trip Blues?

Personally, I come down with a full-on case of the Post Disney Trip Blues the moment I step out of my resort room to check-out. Oh, sure, I try to keep it at bay by stepping into every specialty shop between my feet and the last inch of Disney Resort property, taking every final photo op imaginable, and tasting every just-one-last-Disney treat I can.

Jared, a question as deep and important as yours calls for ideas gathered from whole team of new 2018 Moms Panel members. So we put our minds together for you to offer these ideas on how to beat back those Post Disney Trip Blues:
    • Visit the Disney Park Blog. Daily. Ok, hourly at first, then daily. Check out the photos, videos, and announcements to fill yourself up with all that's coming soon.
    • Find the largest high-def screen you can to view your Memory Maker photos and videos. You will, for a brief moment, feel that rush of smile and spray as your log flume plunged down Splash Mountain. That is, if you rode Splash Mountain. If not, you still have plenty of pixels to look at.
    • Did you enjoy any Parks popcorn on your visit? Breakout your favorite Disney Parks popcorn tub, pop up some snack, and plop down on your sofa to watch your favorite Disney movie.
    • Are you a fireworks fan? Word has it the full version of Happily Ever After can be found on some popular music streaming services.
    • Bring your Pal Mickey into your kitchen and cook up recipes from your favorite Disney Parks dining experiences.
Jared, know that you CAN conquer the Post Disney Trip Blues and know that the Moms Panel is here and ready to help you.

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
