    Doobie from CA Asked

Back in 2019 we purchased 2 one year pass's in Sept, we were unable to use them from February to Sept when we last attended in Nov. of 2019 and were unable to attend due to the Covoid shutdown. What happen with our pass's that we paid for?

    Hello  Doobie,

Thanks so much for stopping in to see us here at planDisney!

It's great to hear you were an Annual Passport holder. I can imagine you're looking forward to getting back to visiting the Disneyland Resort theme parks. There's always so much magic to experience at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.

Earlier this year, the Disneyland Resort announced its plans to sunset the Annual Passport program. At that time, a process was put in place to issue refunds to those Annual Passholders who had been holding Annual Passports that were eligible for refunds

Recently, the Disneyland Resort announced the exciting news about the new program to enable Guests to visit frequently -- the Disneyland Resort Magic Key Program! The Magic Key Program offers four different types of Magic Key Passes that offer different types of reservation-based theme park admission as well as discounts on shopping and dining

Doobie, if you were eligible for an Annual Passport refund and have not received it, my best suggestion is to reach out to the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277 and speak with a Cast Member about your Annual Passports.

I'm hopeful, Doobie, that you'll be back visiting the Disneyland Resort real soon!

As you make plans to enjoy all the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks, be sure to follow the Disney Parks Blog. It's a fun and helpful way to stay in the know about all the exciting experiences you can enjoy at the theme parks.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
