    We just came back from an outstanding trip to Disney World. While there we ate at Hollywood & Vine. I had a side dish of something like cornmeal, corn, chicken and cheese. I was wondering if someone actually knew what this side dish might be?

    This may not be what you're referring to, but Hollywood & Vine has a side dish called the Creamed Corn Spoon Bread dish, which almost reminds you of stuffing. You can "google" it and I think a few people have tried to re-create the recipe...
