Disney PhotoPass service
are truly magical, so let’s see what can be done to locate them!
I want to start by mentioning that I have already found myself in the same boat! A couple of years ago I returned home from a visit and simply could not find an attraction video after downloading all the digital content captured with
Memory Maker. I immediately contacted Disney PhotoPass service and a pixie-dusted Cast Member helped me find the video.
Since you have just returned home from your visit, your missing pictures may still be available. The first thing I recommend is
signing in to your Disney account, moving the mouse cursor over
My Disney Experience, and selecting
My Photos from the drop-down menu. Use the filters to view all your vacation photos and try locating the missing ones. You can also view photos via the
My Disney Experience mobile app by tapping the three horizontal lines at the bottom of the screen, selecting
Photos, and using the filters to view all your digital content.
If you are still unable to locate your pictures, please call Disney PhotoPass service at (407) 560-4300 and Cast Members will be happy to assist you. Please have your Disney account information handy and provide as many details as possible such as when and where the pictures were taken, approximate time, if there were other Guests with you, and what you were wearing. Cast Members will do their best to find your missing photos!
