Would like to come back with hubby and our 7 kids without an extra adult to help this time. Which resort would be the most reasonable price to fit us without putting hubby and I together in a full bed? AoA is pricey with two suites, any other options?

    Hi Michelle,

Big family trips to Walt Disney World are so much fun!

There are a number of ways you could configure your family's rooms during your upcoming vacation:

Check on the price of a family suite and a standard room (or two family suites) at Disney's All Star Music Resort.  While there are currently no special promotions on rooms at Disney's Art of Animation Resort (because it is new), you are likely to get a better deal on rooms at Disney's All Star Resorts. Check the Special Offers page to see if there are any current promotions that fit your dates of travel.

Look at a two-bedroom villa at Disney's Old Key West Resort.  These accommodations have room for all nine of you and they have been recently refurbished.  I've seen some fabulous promotional rates at this resort over the past few years.

Depending on the ages of your oldest children, three adjacent standard rooms at Disney's Pop Century or Disney's All Star Resorts might end up being the most cost-effective option for your family.

Call the Walt Disney Travel Company at (407) W-DISNEY or your preferred Disney-savvy travel agent to ask them to price out these various options for you.  Let us know if you need any additional advice while you plan.

    Best wishes,
    Jill
