Hi There, back in Feb I bought the DiscoverPass for 3 day ticket and only used it once. I know it expires 9/30. However, I'm in Canada at the moment and cannot make it to FL due to covid. Will I be able to get a refund or can my pass be extended?

    Hi Paula!

Thanks for stopping by the planDisney Panel! So wonderful to be able to assist a fellow Floridian! You are correct, the tickets you purchased were called the Florida Resident Discover Disney Tickets and originally they could be used between the months of January and June. Due to the parks closing temporarily, these tickets were extended to September 30, 2020.  No other extensions have been announced. Unfortunately, tickets are non-refundable once they are used. Here at the panel, we cannot provide an exact answer as to how your unique situation would be handled. I would recommend that you contact Guest Relations and explain your situation and inquire as to what options, if any, can be provided. The number for Guest Relations is (407) 939-1289. You can also email Guest Relations by completing the inquiry form found on this page: Guest Relations - Email Us. Be sure to include the ticket number in the email so that they can have all the information to provide you with a speedy response. Paula, I hope this has answered your question.

It has been a pleasure assisting you. Please feel free to send me any other questions you may have!

Thanks again for sending your question to the planDisney Panel!
