Hi Samantha! Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question!
Only a couple of more days until you arrive at the Most Magical Place on Earth!
Disney Springs has quickly become one of my favorite places to visit when traveling to Walt Disney World. There are so many restaurants to try with all different types of cuisine. The shopping is endless and the World of Disney is a must-visit on every trip. I love strolling around and grabbing a drink at
Dockside Margaritas or catching live music outside of Raglan Road. The energy is always at a high level!
Being a dad of two young girls, I’m usually very well versed in any activity that has to do with hair or makeup. On our recent stay at Walt Disney World, I do not recall us coming across any hair wrap or even face painting stations at the parks or Disney Springs. If there were, I’m sure my daughters would have talked my wife and me into getting them done. I spoke with a Cast Member that is knowledgeable in this area, and they did confirm that hair wraps are not currently being offered anywhere at this time. They did offer this experience at one time, but this is currently not the case.
There are still plenty of other things to keep you busy when visiting Disney Springs.
Aerophile – The World Leader in Balloon Flight is the world's largest tethered helium balloon and takes you 400 feet in the air to overlook the Disney Springs area. You can also stop by the
Coca-Cola Store and head up to the rooftop to try a variety of different sodas while enjoying a fantastic view.
One experience that is returning later this year is
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! My youngest loves to play dress up and we are eagerly awaiting its return! No date has been announced just yet, but I recommend checking the
Disney Parks Blog for any updates!
Samantha, I hope you enjoy your time visiting the Walt Disney World Resort! Stop back anytime to planDisney with any questions you may have for your trip!
See ya real soon!
