Hi! I just got back from Disneyworld and I lost my photo pass card. I am very upset. Is there any way I can retrieve my photos?

    Hi, Shalamar!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, and thank you for your great question. I am so sorry to hear that you can’t find your Disney’s PhotoPass Card. I know how precious photos of our magical vacation memories can be.

If you can’t locate the card and don’t know its ID number, visit Disney’s PhotoPass website and fill out the Lost Card/Photos form. A member of the Guest Services team will gladly try to help you find your missing photos. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the dates the photos were taken and a description of the people in them. You can even upload a picture of yourself and/or the others in your Walt Disney World Resort vacation photos, which will greatly improve the likelihood that they will be located. It’s especially helpful if you can provide a photo taken on the same day as one of your missing photos so the Cast Member assisting you knows exactly what to look for.

I hope this helps, Shalamar, and that you’re able to track down your Disney’s PhotoPass images. Please write back with any other questions you have.

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
