We are going back to Disneyworld in June 2013. Last time our kids were little and we didn't see fantasmic, but they are teenagers now and we want to go. I'm not great with long lines, are the Fantasmic Meal Packages a good idea? If so which one?

    Hi there, David!

The Fantasmic! Meal Packages are a great way to cut some - not all - of the wait time out of your Disney's Hollywood Studios adventure.

Several of the participating restaurants offer lunchtime seatings. This is a great way to take advantage of the package deal at a somewhat lower price than dinner. A late lunch reservation can break up some of the heat of the day and not put any pressure on the travel party to rush to the queue area.

Mama Melrose Ristorante and Hollywood Brown Derby are both great restaurants and the meal package makes for a very economical way to try them out. The Hollywood Brown Derby, in particular, is an upscale experience (without the upscale dress code!), and offers a variety of interesting entrees to try, while Mama Melrose serves up delicious Italian fare.

Remember to make your reservations in advance; give a call to (407) WDW-DINE, or use the online system to secure your spot.

    Have a wonderful time!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
