    Just got back from DisneyWorld, chasing 4 and 6 year old grandchildren, so that explains why I could possibly be confused. I paid for two different ride pictures with my grandson, but don't remember getting them. Is that something I should have picked up?

    How great you went to Walt Disney World with your grandkids!  What great memories for everyone.  Even if you needed a serious nap when you got home!

    When you purchase the ride photos, they print them out and give them to you right there at the counter.  They put them in a cardboard folder to keep them from getting bent.  You may have slipped them into a bag or into a pocket of your suitcase?  Check through all your Disney bags, it will just be a thin folder, easy to set aside as you pack up your bags.  Keep looking!

    Now I do not know what photos you bought or where, but did they add your photo to your PhotoPass card?  You can look on your cards to see if the pictures are on there so you can at least get them printed out again. If nothing seems to be working and you cannot find them, click HERE to fill out this form.  Honestly, I am not sure if your photos can be located, but hopefully it will be a start. You can also try calling the nice cast members at PhotoPass at 407-560-4300 to see if they have any advice for you.
