Just got back from a disney vacation and want to know how I get my photo pass pics onto my desktop computer.

Hi, Lisa!  Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I hope that you made many magical memories during your Walt Disney World Resort Vacation!  Now that you have said, "See ya real soon," to Mickey and his pals, I'm sure that you are ready to relive those treasured memories by enjoying your Memory Maker photo downloads.  It would be my pleasure to help you with getting those photos onto your desktop computer.

During my Walt Disney World Resort vacations, I tend to save my Disney PhotoPass pictures to my phone one at a time as they appear in the My Disney Experience mobile app.  Then when I return home, I simply upload all of the photos on my phone to my desktop computer.  However, if you weren't saving your photos to your phone throughout your trip, this would be a bit time consuming to do all at once.  I think I have a quicker option for you.

The first thing you will want to do is go to the Disney PhotoPass Service webpage.  Scroll down until you see the section titled "Picture All the Benefits."  Under that section, you should click on "Preview and Download Online."  You will be directed to sign in to your My Disney Experience account, and once you are logged in, you should see all of your photos.  If you hover your mouse over a photo, you will see a grey circle with a checkmark in the upper right corner of the photo.  Click on the checkmark, and it will turn green.  Once you have done that, you will see a blue "Download" button in the upper right corner of your computer screen, and directly underneath that button will be a box that says, "Select all visible media."  If you click on this box, the circles on all of your photos will turn green.  At this point, all you will need to do is click "Download."

Your unlimited Memory Maker photo downloads do expire 45 days after they were taken, so be sure to get those pictures saved to your computer as soon as possible.  If you go to the "Photo Products" section of the Disney PhotoPass Service webpage, you can even purchase a Disney PhotoPass archive USB if you would prefer to store your images in this manner.

I hope that your vacation photos will bring a smile to your face for yEARs to come!  When it is time to plan your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, feel free to visit us again.  Have a magical day!
