    We just came back from our Disney trip last week. We want to go again next year. Can you get a discount on your resort/tickets if you book through Disney and chose to reuse your Magic Band? We don't need another one and would love extra savings

    Hello Allison!
    Wow, it sounds like you just had an incredible Walt Disney World vacation! Your MagicBands should last for approximately two years (there is a battery inside of each MagicBand which lasts for a minimum of two years) and you can decline a new one on your next Walt Disney World vacation if you wish. I personally like to collect the different colors of MagicBands to be able to choose what color that I will wear on a particular day during my Walt Disney World vacation. To my knowledge, there is not a discount for declining a MagicBand as it is a complementary benefit to those Guests who stay at a Walt Disney World Resort. There are special offers, deals and discounts for Walt Disney World vacations that come out all the time which can save you money on your next Walt Disney World vacation. If you book through Disney yourself you will have to find out about any offer on your own and ask for it when you are booking your vacation according to my experience. My best advice for you would be to find a Disney certified travel agent and they can tell you all of the deals and offers as well as apply a better offer to your vacation package if it comes up after you book your Walt Disney World vacation. I hope that your next Walt Disney World vacation is truly magical in every way!
