We would like to come back to Disney (3rd time this year) for our toddler's first haircut, water park fun, and park hopping. However, we are a tall family of four. So I would like to know which value/modderate resort has Queen beds.

    Hi there, Amanda!

Standard rooms at Coronado Springs, Port Orleans - French Quarter and the Magnolia Bend section of Port Orleans - Riverside have two Queen beds, which sleep 4 people (plus one baby under age 3 in a crib).

Standard rooms in the Alligator Bayou section of Port Orleans - Riverside have two Queen beds plus a small single Murphy bed, for a maximum occupancy of 5 people (plus one baby under age 3 in a crib).

Disney's new Value Resort, the Art of Animation, offers Family Suites which also fit the bill (the Standard rooms offer only two doubles of a single king bed):

The family suites are 565 square feet and sleep 6 (plus one baby under age 3 in a crib). The floor plan of these new suites is different from the suites at All-Star Music and they are very slightly larger. There is a Queen bed in the master bedroom, which has its own private bathroom. The living room includes a full-size pullout sofa and a full-size pull-down bed that converts from the dining table. There is a small secondary bathroom off the living room. The "kitchen" is an area within the living room that has a small sink, mini-fridge and small microwave.

Currently, the Finding Nemo suites are open to Guests. Other sections of the Resort are slated to roll out this year.

At Disney's Pop Century, you'll also have luck with one of the 192 family suites in the All-Star Music section of the Resort.

These 520 square foot suites sleep up to 6 (plus one child under 3 in a crib).

The main bedroom in the family suites has a queen bed and 27" flat screen TV.

The second room has a full-size sleeper sofa, convertible twin chair sleeper and convertible twin ottoman, plus a second 27" flat screen TV.

    Have a great trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
    -Deborah B.
