Hi. We just came back from Disney and I activated the photos on my photopass. The question I have is can I download them on more than one device? I want to save them in my phone but I also need to save them in a computer file.

Hello Kimberly, and welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with a great question.

The best thing about returning home from a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort is reliving the magic while reviewing your PhotoPass Photos. Hopefully you purchased a Memory Maker during your visit. This will give you unlimited downloads of all your photos on any device. Once you have completed editing, cropping and adding cool borders or stickers to your photos, you are ready to download them. If you are saving them to your phone, you will have to download them one at a time.

If you are saving them to a computer, simply log in online to view your Disney PhotoPass Photos after selecting where your photos were taken. Select “Download Photos” in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Depending on how many photos you have, the PhotoPass system will begin the download process. Be patient, it could take a while if you are like me and have over a thousand photos on your account. Once your download has completed, click on “My Downloads” at the very top right hand corner, next to your cart icon. Here you will see your photos have been divided into zip files. You will need to download each file to your computer and then unzip them to the folder of your choice. You also have another option that will allow you to store all of your photos without taking up space on your computer. You can order the Memory Maker archive DVD. Any photos that are on your account at the time of your order will be on your DVD along with a licence to reproduce your photos as you wish. I have found the archive DVDs to be very valuable over the years. I had an external hard drive crash once with all my photos on it. Hakuna Matata, they were all on my PhotoPass DVD.

    Say cheese,
