Hi, back in 12/2020 i had to cancel a Disney World trip. A travel agent told us that our plane tickets were not refundable, however we could still use the amount we paid towards another trip for up to 2 years, who do i contact for that?

    Welcome to planDisney Shelby!

I am sorry you had to cancel your Walt Disney World vacation. Hopefully you are rescheduling for a return visit!

It sounds like you booked with a travel agent. If so, you will need to contact the agency directly as they are the ones you contracted with and they can assist you. For any portion of your trip that you booked directly through Walt Disney World (whether online or by phone) feel free to call a friendly Cast Member who will help you. Regardless of how you booked or where you are calling, have as much information as possible to assist in finding your previous reservation. Gather any confirmation numbers, dates, and credit cards used.

I hope you can make it to Walt Disney World during the 50th Anniversary Celebration. There is so much fun around every corner so you will not want to miss it! See you real soon!

My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is sailing with Disney Cruise Line, running (or cheering!) at runDisney events, taking hula lessons at Aulani, or vacationing at the Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. I am proud to be a part of the planDisney team and cannot wait to share my tips and advice for a magical vacation
