Back in 2019 I bought a set of park tickets to my family but my plans were ruined by the pandemic. I wish to visit the parks in May 2024. Since the original tickets are expired, is there any way to use the credit to purchase new ones?

Hi Mateus. Thanks for reaching out to us at planDisney!

Unfortunately, a lot of people's dream Disney vacations had to be put on hold due to the historic closures. I'm so sorry you missed out on yours as well. But I'm so happy to hear that you are starting to plan your way back to the Most Magical Place on Earth. There's so much that's new at the Walt Disney World Resort, it'll be such a fun experience going back!

If you purchased your tickets through the Walt Disney World Resort website and you can see them in your My Disney Experience account, there might be an option to select "Change Ticket." If you see that option, you can click it and follow the prompts to change the dates. If not, please contact the resort and a friendly Cast Member would be happy to assist you. Please note that if the new dates are more expensive than the amount you originally paid, you will need to pay the difference. If the new dates happen to be less expensive, the difference would not be refunded.

Mateus, I really have to say that I'm so excited for you to make your grand return! Some of my favorite new experiences at the resort are TRON / Lightcycle Run Presented by Enterprise at Magic Kingdom Park, Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, and Mickey & Minnie's Runaway Railway at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Plus, the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival is usually running in the spring. While dates for 2024 have not yet been announced, be sure to follow along with Disney Parks Blog to see if it'll be offered when you are there.

When it arrives, I hope that your visit to the resort is beyond your wildest dreams. Until then, plan out all the experiences and restaurants you don't want to miss, and be sure to reach out to me directly with any questions!

    The magic is calling,
    Matt
