Hey there, hi there, ho there, Lynelle! You’re as welcome as can be to
planDisney!
Summer is almost upon us, which means your visit to the
Happiest Place on Earth will be here before you know it! It’s never too early to start planning ahead, so I’m glad you’re checking on these logistics before your arrival.
I took a look at the
Disneyland Resort Rules, and read that wagons, including stroller wagons, are not allowed inside the Disneyland Resort. In addition, strollers must be no larger than 31” (79 cm) wide and 52” (132 cm) long. The good news is that most popular strollers on the market, including many double jogging strollers, still fit within these guidelines. If you don’t have an alternate stroller to bring, I have a few other options for you, Lynelle. First, the Disneyland Resort
rents single and double strollers from the Stroller Rentals building, located to the right of the Disneyland Park Main Entrance.
If you’d prefer to rent a stroller for the length of your stay, another option is to rent through a company like ScooterBug, which is a Disney-approved private mobility rental company in Anaheim. You can even have your rental stroller delivered to your Disneyland Resort Hotel ahead of your stay! I’ve used this company before when renting a double stroller for my Mouseketeers, and we had a wonderful experience. The double stroller we rented was clean and well-kept, and provided the perfect rest spot for my little ones during our stay. For more information and to book a stroller, please visit ScooterBug.com/Anaheim, or call (800) 726-8284.
Last but not least, I also recommend getting familiar with the
Baby Care Centers, located inside each theme park. These Centers are the perfect spot to feed, change, or nurse. You can also purchase any items you may have forgotten to pack, including diapers and wipes. You can find the Disneyland Park location at the end of Main Street, U.S.A., and the Disney California Adventure Park location on Pacific Wharf.
I can’t wait for your family to start making magical memories this summer, Lynelle! Please stop by with any additional questions you may have… we’re all EARs!
Happy planning,
Kristin
