Hey there, Julie! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
My wife and I recently took our 6-month-old daughter to Walt Disney World, so I totally understand your concern. The less we parents have to lug around, the better, am I right!? For us, we ended up bringing a rather large stroller ourselves, and let me tell you, it was great to have the extra space once cruising down
Main Street, U.S.A. at Magic Kingdom Park but it did make the bus ride a bit challenging.
During our next visit we’re planning to partake in the
stroller rentals that are available throughout the Walt Disney World theme parks and Disney Springs. This way we can use the stroller during the day, but then leave it behind as we head back to our Disney Resort. Then, for ease we’re planning to bring a small umbrella stroller (with a sun canopy) for those morning resort walks. If those two options don't excite you, there are several third-party stroller rental companies that offer a number of different stroller size options, so I certainly invite you to check those out as well.
Whichever option you choose, enjoy your vacation at Walt Disney World and be sure to tell Mickey Mouse I said hello!
If you have any other questions, please let us know. Have a magical day!
