Hi, there!
Gilbert, it sounds like you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation. And with a
little one in tow! How exciting.
The theme parks provide many family-friendly services that make traveling with small children a breeze. The conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks is my favorite! Each Baby Care Center features a quiet changing room, private nursing room, comfortable living room area, kitchen, and on-site shop with baby care essentials for purchase. We once ran out of diapers for our infant in Magic Kingdom Park, and boy were we glad we could purchase more at the Baby Care Center!
The price for baby food at the Baby Care Centers varies, but in my experience, it's always a bit more expensive than what you would pay at home. When I purchased a few Gerber baby food pouches at the Baby Care Centers last summer for my daughter, I paid between $2 - $3 per item. Please note that prices are subject to change at any time.
If you're staying at a Disney Resort hotel, you may find it more cost effective to purchase baby food from a grocery delivery service. I always place an order with Garden Grocer, an Orlando-based delivery company. They have a wide selection of baby food available, and they'll make deliveries directly to your Disney Resort hotel!
I hope this was helpful, Gilbert. Please let me know if you have any other questions about your
Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
