Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Jhanine. I'm so excited to see that you're planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation! It's the very best kind if you ask me.
It sounds like you'll be traveling with a
little one in tow. Your heart will just melt as you see their sweet little face light up with joy as you experience the magic of Disney storytelling together! I'm glad you know about the
Baby Care Centers in the theme parks. The Baby Care Center is the perfect place to take your little one for a quiet diaper change or feeding. Each Baby Care Center has a convenient on-site shop with essentials like diapers, wipes, formula, and baby food available for purchase. We once ran out of diapers for my 11-month old during a visit to Magic Kingdom Park and boy, were we glad we could buy more at the Baby Care Center!
To answer your question, you can expect the prices for baby food at the Baby Care Centers to be similar to what you would pay at your local grocery store. There's usually a bit of a markup in price, but in my experience, it's been minimal.
As a mom of five, I try my best to pack as lightly as possible for our Disney vacations to avoid paying expensive airline baggage fees. One way I can keep our luggage light is by
placing a grocery order to be delivered to our Disney Resorts Collection hotel. I always order bottled beverages, snacks, on-the-go breakfast items, and fresh fruit. When my kids were babies, I would include diapers, wipes, and baby food in my order too! The less I have to pack, the
better!
I hope this was helpful, Jhanine. If you have any other questions about traveling to the Walt Disney World Resort with a baby in tow, please let me know! I'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
