Hi, there!
Welcome to planDisney, Abigail. I'm so happy you stopped by and even happier to hear you're planning a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! Yay!
As a mom of three, one of my favorite
perks of staying at a Disney Resort hotel is the complimentary transportation throughout the Walt Disney World Resort. It makes getting from one place to another with little ones in tow super easy and convenient! I chuckled a little bit when I read your question just because I have been there many times before. After a long day of pixie-dusted adventures in the theme parks, my Disney babies would always fall fast asleep in the stroller. That would be fine if we were utilizing the monorail or the Disney Skyliner, but when we needed to board a Disney bus, it posed a problem because
strollers must be folded and kept out of the aisle. Fortunately, I always had a second set of hands so I could hold the baby while the stroller was folded and carried onto a bus for me. If you won't have a second set of hands, you may want to consider taking a baby carrier along with you. You could stow the carrier on the stroller until it's time to hop on a bus. Then you could put the baby in the carrier and your hands would be free to fold the stroller up and head back to your Disney Resort hotel!
Did you know there's a conveniently located
Baby Care Center in each of the four theme parks? The Baby Care Center is the perfect place to take your baby for a quiet diaper change or feeding! Each location features a living room area with lots of seating, a private nursing room, a changing room, and an onsite shop with baby care essentials available for purchase. We once ran out of diapers at Magic Kingdom Park, and boy were we glad we could buy more at the Baby Care Center!
I hope this was helpful, Abigail. Please let us know if you have any other questions about your Walt Disney World Resort vacation! We'd love to help you plan a magical stay.
