AWESOME PANEL!! 1st time to WDW and 1st t ime flying, we will be arriving at 9:15PM Feb 22. We are flying Allegiant Air, do not understand why we cannot use ME? Trans site says you can, airport says you can't.. do not understand.

    Hi Crystal,

Wow that is a lot of firsts. How exciting! We love Magical Express, it is a quick and easy way to get back and forth from the Orlando airport to the Disney World property.  I did a little checking for you, as I was not aware of any airlines that did not allow the use of Magical Express. What I found out is there are a few airlines, Allegiant Air being one of them, that does not allow Disney to pick up your bags for you once you arrive in Orlando. Hakuna Matata though-no worries. You can still use the Disney Magical Express shuttle service to transport you back and forth to airport. The only difference with this airline is that you will need to pick up your luggage and bring it with you on the shuttle bus.

Here is what you do, call 407-WDW-MAGIC or 407-939-6244 once you make your WDW and airline reservations. They will enter your flight information into the system and register you for the shuttle service. You should receive a transportation booklet in the mail a few weeks before your deperature. Once you land at Orlando airport, proceed to baggage claim and pick up your bags. After you have obtained your luggage head down to the Magical Express location described in your booklet. You will be able to check in at the desk and board a bus for the start of your magical vacation. Have a great time!
