Hi Awesome Moms and Dads, You just crack me up! OK, we're a few months out and I'm getting nervous about the first day. We arrive late at night but have 8:35 AM reservations the next morning at Chef Mickeys. How do we get there from CBR in time? Thx

    Hi Elizabeth,

First, since you are still a few months out and already planning your route around WDW, I'm certain that you'll have a smooth journey.

Since you'll have to wait until you are in the Magic Kingdom to hop on a magic carpet or soar with an elephant, I would advise taking your resort bus.

Do not worry. The planning of a WDW vacation takes a lot of time but once you are in Walt Disney World there will be Cast Members always available to answer your questions and/or to direct you to your next restaurant/attraction/resort/park.

From the Caribbean Beach Resort, I would allow one hour to reach Chef Mickey's. You'll want to board a bus to the Magic Kingdom. From the Magic Kingdom's bus depot, it's an easy walk over to the Contemporary Resort. Yes, you could also take the monorail but it's in the opposite direction. Save the steps for now!

You'll follow the walkway to the hotel. Once inside, proceed to the fourth floor. Have a wonderful breakfast. Mickey's a great chef!
