I am an avid Disneyland goer who recently had some dietary changes. I am now in need of sugar free treats in the parks. Where might I find some sugar free options?

    Hiya, Karah!

It’s a privilege to welcome you back to planDisney and to offer some suggestions for delicious snacks to enhance your visit to the Disneyland Resort.

Enjoying delicious food at the Disneyland Resort is one of my favorite activities. To properly accommodate special dietary needs, be sure to ask for the latest nutritional information for current menu items at each dining location you visit. And don’t forget to check the menus in the Disneyland mobile app for details at most locations.

The Downtown Disney District is a great place to find no-sugar and low-sugar options, including the sugar-free version of the Red Velvet cupcake at Sprinkles and low-sugar Marionberry Coconut Sherbet at Salt & Straw. If you are looking for savory snacks to enjoy, a couple of my favorites are the Jalapeño Cheese-filled Pretzel available at multiple locations including Refreshment Corner and Bayside Brews, and the Outback Vegetable Skewer available at Bengal Barbecue.

Tony’s Tip: Be sure to follow the definitive Disney foodie information guide, Disney Eats. You’ll learn about the latest food offerings and rediscover classic favorites.

    Bon appetit, Karah!
