What is the average time to plan on for character dining? Would 2 hours be accurate?

    Amanda:

Thanks for visiting us here at the Mom's Panel!

I usually give myself a little less than your estimate of two hours for a Character Meal at Disney. Typically, 1 1/2 hours gives our family enough time to wait to be seated, order or visit the buffet and enjoy the featured characters. Buffets like Crystal Palace go quicker, of course, than Character Meals with a menu like Cinderella's Royal Table.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
