What is the average time to build a droid at galaxy edge

Bright suns, Lana!  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel on your way to the planet Batuu.

Droid Depot at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge has the droids you are looking for.  The Droid Depot workshop has all of  the parts that you will need to design and assemble either a BB-Series or R-Series astromech droid.  You can expect your experience at Droid Depot to take approximately 20-30 minutes.

Since your droid will interact with other droids and various Bluetooth enabled devices throughout this immersive new land, your  droid will be the perfect traveling companion as you explore Black Spire Outpost.  Did you know that for an additional fee, you can purchase a personality chip for your droid?  By purchasing a personality chip, you can choose whether your droid will show allegiance to the First Order or if it will support the Resistance.  For even more interactive experiences during your visit, don't forget to download Star Wars: Datapad on the Play Disney Parks mobile app.

The droid building experience at Droid Depot is extremely popular, so if you have not already done so, I would recommend booking a reservation.  Droid Depot may be able to accommodate some walk-ins, but this is based on availability and not guaranteed.  As you prepare to travel to Batuu, be sure to check out these additional Disney Parks Moms Panel tips for making the most of your Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge visit.

    'Til the spire!
