On average, how much would a family of 4 spend on meals at Disney, per day? For basic counter service or small sit down restaurants.

Hi there, Crystal! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm sure you realize this already, but your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is in just TWO days! Do you know how excited I am for you?! Thanks for bringing us your last-minute planning question.

There are a lot of variables that go into budgeting for food during your stay. For my family of four, I know that my kids aren't big eaters, so they will either share a meal or snack on small items throughout the day instead of eating a big meal at lunch and dinner. Since you know your family best, I suggest looking at menus on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app. Most of the menus have prices and can give you a good idea of what you will spend at each meal.

As an average, I would say each adult meal at Quick-Service is roughly $15 and kids' meals are around $8 each. Table-Service (sit-down) meals are more in the $25-$35 range for adults and $10-$15 for kiddos. This all varies based on location, of course. I found this great answer from my fellow Disney Parks Moms Panelist, Missy, that I think you'll find helpful when budgeting for food!

I hope this helps a bit with your last-minute preparations, Crystal! Let us know if you have any other questions!
