What is the average amount of attractions/rides a group of 5 can complete with the Private VIP tour?

Hey, howdy, hey, Emily and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Oh, the grand adventure on a Disney Private VIP Tour has been the highlight of my many Disney vacations. From the planning process to the end of the tour, the journey is supercalifragilisticexpialidocious. I love this concierge service.

The number of attractions will vary based on party composition and size, stamina, time of year, and crowd levels. At my last Private VIP tour we began at Disney's Hollywood Studios, moved the Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, the finished at Magic Kingdom Park. Aside from the tour guide being friendly, knowledgeable, and all around awesome, they are also a FastPass+ for any attraction that has FastPass+ entrances. We were able to do 11 attractions with 10 people, one in a wheelchair, on one of the busiest days of the year. We avoided standard Disney transportation by having a private van that transported us between backstage areas. We would pop right out at the attraction. This was especially awesome at Avatar Flight of Passage where the wait was 180 minutes. Since the Private VIP Tour utilized the FastPass+ entrances and some exit routes you will be able to get on the attractions much faster.

We started the tour seven hours before the Happily Ever After fireworks at Magic Kingdom Park so we could have priority viewing in the VIP area. It was a spectacular view and not crowded. The fewer the theme parks you try and visit, the less crowded the theme park, fast moving group members, and the smaller your group (5 is perfect) the more attractions you will be able to enjoy. On a low to moderately crowded day, I suggest 10-12 attractions if you are doing four theme parks, three theme park 11-14, two theme parks 13-15, one theme park 15+ attractions. The more FastPass+ attraction entrances and the shorter the queue times, the more attractions you will enjoy. For example, at Soarin' Around the World, you will utilize the FastPass+ entrance but the loading time takes a while. Think about it this way. If every attraction takes about 20 minutes (wait time, ride time, and walk time) then in seven hours you will only be able to do 22 attractions. Unless you have a headliner attraction in each theme park that you must do I would suggest two theme parks at the maximum.

Disney Dad Tip: Try and avoid shows and eat quickly if you are sitting down for a meal. We utilized Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering at counter service restaurants. Our guide went ahead of us to get a table and we ordered on our way to the restaurant. When we got there, our food was ready and we had a table. It was a dining experience FastPass+. Oh, and one more thing, we did provide a tip that was equal to one hour of the tour cost.

You will love the Private VIP Tour experience.

Emily, enjoy making many Magical Memories.
